Shauna Smith
With a background in Architectural Drafting, an eye for detail and an easy going personality, designing custom kitchens was a natural progression for Shauna. For the past 10 years Shauna has been designing beautiful custom kitchens and vanities for homeowners and contractors throughout Nova Scotia. Shauna's vast experience in new construction and renovations will be greatly utilized as she is the lead kitchen designer for "The Trillium Condominium project", Halifax's newest landmark.
Shauna's dedication and devotion is evident in her personal commitment and support to cancer research and fundraising. In both her personal and professional life, Shauna's enthusiastic approach to this worthy cause is evident in all that she does.

Mandi Mayoh
Mandi has been designing kitchens for a number of years, and joined the Progressive team in 2010. Her principal focus is on kitchen and bath renovations, as well as new home construction.
Mandi’s background is in art and animation, but she has always had a strong interest in interior design, so the transition to the world of kitchen design was an easy one. Allan Munroe
Allan Munroe is a Senior Kitchen Designer at Progressive Cabinets, having joined the company just after their Dartmouth showroom was launched in 2006. Allan has been designing kitchens for over 15 years. Jeff Bruton
Jeff has been designing kitchens since 1986. Jeff's primary focus is in the designing of kitchens and vanities for both new and renovated homes. Jeff also is also Progressive's senior designer for multi unit kitchens and vanities and commercial millwork.
In his spare time, he enjoys playing his guitar and drums, cooking and walking his dog, Anthony. Jeff's love of cooking can be seen in all of his custom designs and can help you plan your ideal dream kitchen.

Jessica Berry
Jessica joined the Progressive team in 2008 as a designer in training and has since been designing for both contractors and homeowners, focusing primarily on new home construction and kitchen renovations.
A strong background in lighting design and interior decor makes her a valuable addition to the Progressive Cabinets team. Originally from Alberta, Jessica also has a great deal of experience in residential building, renovation, and commercial millwork. Erika Boucher
Erika moved to Halifax to join the progressive Cabinets design team. She has a lot of experience in cabinetry, having worked for the past ten years in kitchen designs and construction gives her a wide variety on different style for contractors and homeowners.
Her love for arts brought her to New Brunswick Community College where she studied Interior Design and graduated with success. Erika moved from Moncton to join us in 2010, being bilingual is also an asset for her because it gives her the opportunity to serve people from both communities.
In her spare time, she likes to ski, play softball and Ultimate Frisbee. She also likes to cook which gives her knowledge of a well designed and handy kitchen.
